Bluck Szolgáltató és Kereskedelmi Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság, a company duly incorporated, organized and existing under the laws of Hungary, Hungarian company number: 01-09-414868, having its registered address at Futó utca 37-45, Magyarország, Budapest, 1082, Hungary (hereinafter referred to as "BLUCK").
1. Commitment to Legal Compliance
Bluck operates in full compliance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements, including:
The Medical Tourism Law 5778–2018 (Israel),
The Tour Guides Law 5738–1978 (Israel),
The Patient’s Rights Law 1996 (Israel),
The Protection of Privacy Law 1981 (Israel),
The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applicable to users from the European Union,
And relevant international consumer protection standards.
Bluck does not provide medical services directly. All medical services are organized through licensed medical agents and clinics authorized by the Israeli Ministry of Health. Bluck acts as intermediary between users and licensed medical services providers.
2. Working Exclusively with Licensed Partners
Bluck collaborates exclusively with:
Licensed medical agents authorized by the Israeli Ministry of Health,
Clinics accredited by the Israeli Ministry of Health,
Hotels meeting recognized quality and safety standards,
Licensed tour guides holding an official license issued by the Israeli Ministry of Tourism,
Professional assistants and translators.
Bluck verifies the licenses and qualifications of its partners prior to collaboration and conducts periodic compliance reviews.
3. Transparency and Service Integrity
Bluck ensures:
Clear and accurate communication regarding service terms, prices, cancellation, and refund policies,
Transparent description of the scope of services organized by Bluck,
Prompt notification to users of any changes affecting their bookings.
Bluck does not provide medical consultations and does not interfere with the clinical services provided by agents, clinics, other medical services providers.
4. Data Protection
Bluck collects, processes, and protects personal data in accordance with:
The Protection of Privacy Law 1981 (Israel),
The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for users from the European Union,
And relevant international best practices in data protection.
User data is securely stored and is shared only with authorized partners necessary for the provision of services.

5. Monitoring and Process Improvement
Bluck:
Regularly verifies the compliance of its partners with legal requirements,
Reviews and updates its internal procedures in response to changes in legislation or regulatory standards,
● Maintains high standards of transparency, ethics, and responsibility in interactions with users and partners.
6. Reporting Violations
Users or partners who become aware of a potential violation of this Compliance Policy are encouraged to report it by contacting us at support@carepulse.co.il
