TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Introduction
Bluck provides a service for selecting and arranging personalized medical check-ups (hereinafter referred to as "check-ups") and additional services, including accommodation, transfers, tours, assistance, and translation in Israel. Bluck is not a medical provider. All medical services are delivered by licensed medical agents and clinics authorized by the Israeli Ministry of Health. By using the Bluck website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Services
Bluck offers:
  Assistance in selecting and arranging personalized check-ups based on your preferences.
  Organization of accommodation, transfers, tours, assistance, and translation services.
  Collaboration exclusively with:
  licensed medical agents (authorized by the Israeli Ministry of Health),
  clinics authorized by the Israeli Ministry of Health,
  hotels that meet established quality and safety standards,
  licensed tour guides with an Israeli government license,
  professional assistants and translators.

3. User Responsibilities
By using Bluck services, you agree to:
  Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
  Update your information as needed.
  Review your booking details and respond to Bluck communications promptly.
  Comply with the laws of your country of residence and the laws of Israel.

4. Payment Terms
Payment for Bluck services is made through reliable and regulated payment systems that comply with international security standards. Bluck does not store complete payment card information. You are fully responsible for the payment of all services you order, including third-party services (such as clinics, hotels, and guides). All prices are disclosed to you in advance. Payment confirmation constitutes acceptance of the service terms and conditions.

5. Booking Confirmation, Cancellations, and Refunds5.1 Booking Confirmation
Your booking is considered confirmed once Bluck receives your written confirmation (for example, by responding to an email or message confirming the proposed date). Once confirmed, cancellation and refund policies apply. If you do not confirm the proposed date, the booking remains incomplete, and cancellation rules do not apply.

5.2 Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you have paid but have not selected and confirmed a date within 3 months of payment:
  You may request a full refund within this 3-month period.
  You may also request an extension of the booking period before the end of the 3-month period. Extension requests are reviewed and approved at Bluck’s sole discretion.
  If a three-month period pass without a confirmed date or contact from you, the booking will be canceled, and no refund will be issued.

After the date has been confirmed:
  Cancellation 7 or more calendar days before the scheduled date: full refund.
  Cancellation 1–6 calendar days before the scheduled date: 50% refund.
  No-show on the scheduled date: no refund.

6. Limitation of Liability
  Bluck is not responsible for the quality, outcome, or any other aspects of medical services provided by clinics and medical agents.
  Bluck is not responsible for the services provided by hotels, transfer companies, guides, assistants, or translators.
  In any case, Bluck’s total liability to the user is limited to the amount actually paid by the user for services organized through Bluck
7. Intellectual Property
All materials on the Bluck website and platforms (including texts, images, designs, logos, and software) are the property of Bluck and are protected by intellectual property laws.
Copying, distributing, modifying, or otherwise using these materials without written permission from Bluck is prohibited.

8. Privacy Policy
For detailed information about the collection, use, and protection of personal data, please refer to our Privacy Policy available at carepulse.co.il/privicypolicy.

9. Changes to Services and Terms
Bluck reserves the right to modify or discontinue any services, the website, or the booking policies at any time without prior notice.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
  These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary.
  All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hungarian courts.
  Before initiating any legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes amicably through good-faith negotiations.
